ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Scope / Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Industrial Zones’ compliance with approved annual plans, policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
- Support the development and implementation of governance mechanisms, processes, and controls to ensure effective management and operation of Industrial Zones.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Industrial Zones management entities and service providers against agreed requirements and standards.
- Support periodic reviews of service providers and provide recommendations regarding performance, renewal, improvement, or other required actions.
- Identify and monitor operational risks and issues and coordinate appropriate mitigation and resolution actions.
- Coordinate the resolution of operational issues, complaints, and disputes involving service providers, tenants, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Industrial Zones management teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of operational requirements.
- Prepare regular operational performance reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of Industrial Zones operations.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations management, industrial zones, performance management, governance, or a related field.
