ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Scope / Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases end-to-end, from receipt and review through implementation and closure.
- Review FMS cases, including goods and services, pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and related requirements.
- Coordinate contractual amendments and changes, including relevant commercial, financial, contractual, and technical requirements, with concerned stakeholders.
- Coordinate with end-users and internal teams to ensure timely processing and implementation of FMS cases.
- Liaise with Finance to support payments, financial reporting, budget monitoring, and cash-flow management related to FMS cases.
- Monitor FMS budgets, expenditure, commitments, and outstanding requirements and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with Legal, Contracts, and other relevant functions on contractual, legal, supplier, and case-related matters.
- Monitor the delivery and fulfilment of goods and services and follow up on outstanding or unfulfilled line items with relevant government entities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date FMS case records, supporting documentation, financial information, amendments, and status reports.
- Identify potential delays, risks, discrepancies, and issues affecting FMS cases and coordinate appropriate resolution and escalation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for FMS-related matters, coordinating with end-users, government entities, and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports, analyses, and management updates on FMS case status, financial performance, delivery progress, and outstanding actions.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, International Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in government or defence procurement, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), contracts, acquisition, or a related field.
- Experience in case management, procurement, contracts, financial coordination, budget monitoring, and delivery follow-up.
- Knowledge or experience of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes and government-to-government defence procurement is highly preferred.
- Experience working with government entities, defence organizations, end-users, and international stakeholders is preferred.
- Strong analytical, coordination, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
